lessandro da Misinto mi fa notare che forse l'open dopo il sostantivo Pd (slogan dell'ultima assemblea nazionale) è da intendersi come imperativo. Voce del verbo to open. Non credo ci abbiano pensato, ma la suggestione è forte e bella.
